  We have purchased numerous big ticket items from this location. Always great service, the manager is super helpful. The store seems to be more organized with more to choose from over the last few months. Always our first stop when looking for something.

  It has been a very positive experience shopping at Big Box Outlet Store. Shania the manager of this store has gone out of her way on several occasions and has gone the extra mile to accommodate help on product or product knowledge.The store has had a change over to a very customer friendly pleasant store. I noticed the difference with Shania being manager and an attitude staff change also. Thank you so much.
