  Food was great but unfortunately our server Portia(?) was horrible, she never came to see how our meal was, which meant half the table was drink less for the meal, at least 2 people from group went to the bartender just to get something to drink. Messed up on orders, took forever to get cutlery. Not sure I'd go back.

  Service is fine but the kitchen is doing this place a disservice. Despite having read many reviews about poorly cooked meals here, I took my kids here to reminisce about when I went to Mr Mikes as a kid on holidays with my parents. Service was fine, and the food looked good. Kids meals were OK, but my steak was terribly undercooked. The manager was kind and comped us a desert - - indeed, he did the same for the table beside us for the same reason. Thus, I can only conclude that this restaurant is being drawn down by kitchen staff (grill cooks, in particular) who need better training or to be replaced. A steak house can't survive with poorly cooked steak.

  Took forever to get food. Party of 5 had to send 2 steaks back for being raw, twice and still couldnt get it right. Wrong sides on my plate. They did comp 1 steak. But wont be going again. Server was great though
