Love the west coast IPA

My wife bought me a growler and refill gift certificates. I stopped in numerous times but their hours were so awful they were never open. Eventually the gift certificates went past their expiry date. It is actually illegal in BC and Canada for gift certificates to expire, Google it. They would not honor them, they would not reimburse me, they would only keep the money and offer no product in return. In my opinion that's basically stealing. The manager/owner? Would not come out of his office talk to me two times I stopped in. So I tried calling, and he would not return my calls. Seems like a greedy coward. So think twice before supporting this company.
