  Horrible customer service and food. I ordered the fish and chips. I had a small portion of soggy French fries and the 2 pieces of fish they gave me was soggy and mushy and stuck together with a flavor of sour vinegar. It literally made stomach feel sick. First we were going to have a pop and order take out but they said we had to go outside around the corner and put our order there for take out. It doesn't make sense. Good bye Swiss Chalet.

  Horrible experience at the restaurant, my dark meat came out completely pink and they told me that that is how their dark meat is supposed to look. They gave me another piece of dark meat to make up for it and it was just as bad, worst customer service I have ever seen and horrible food!
