  Andrew - a young employeee behind the counter helped build me two systems from nothing. The store was extremely busy, but this did not affect his efforts to help me get what I needed. The second I was done with Andrew, he started helping the next customer with the same efforts he helped me. Pricing seemed fair, customer service was extraordinary. I asked for some pricing of pvc pipe in which it was more expensive then their competitors across the street, but for me, the customer service I received was worth the difference in price. Will use them as my regular supplier for irrigation. Highly recommended.

  called ahead asked in detail about the part. he said no problem come on in. Drove 40 min in full size truck. got there no part at all?? Does not want to order for me??? buy a couple of thngs since I drove this far. Tries to charge me more than Andrew Shert across the street. Would not help me get the part they said they had?? terrible bussiness practice. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU ON THE PHONE!!

  I come to Southern Irrigation as a commercial customer as well as for home projects. Prices are reasonably fair. When it's your turn, they give you full attention and make sure you get everything you're looking for. Usually have to wait a short bit while staff help other customers. That's to be expected as they are making sure the customer is being taken care of. -Coffee for waiting customers would be nice. -waiting customers don't know where to lineup. Queue line might help out.
